May 31, 2013:  Apply to adoption agency (www.americanadoptions.com)

June 3, 2013:  Apply for home study with local agency
June 6, 2013:  FBI clearance received

June 8, 2013:  First home study visit
June 10, 2013:  Conference call with agency to discuss adoption questionnaire  

June 11, 2013:  Second (and final!) home study visit
June 23, 2013:  Receive first draft of home study report
June 25, 2013:  Receive video camera in mail to do video profile
July 8, 2013:  Mail back all raw footage for our video profile
July 9, 2013: Mail in all of our home study documentation and our notarized home study
July 17, 2013:  Finalize all the text for our online and print profile
July 18, 2013:  Home study approved by American Adoptions
July 22, 2013:  Mail in all photos for profile
July 30, 2013:  Finalize print profile.  Overnight notarized activation agreement and fee to agency.
August 1, 2013:  ACTIVE! ACTIVE! ACTIVE!
November 4, 2013:  Become client of adoption consultant.
November 22, 2013:  Matched!!!  EDD:  4/21/14
January 18, 2014:  First in-person visit with expectant mom in Florida!
April 10, 2014:  Baby is born!
April 12, 2014:  Baby is now our daughter, Audrey!
